Wildflowers at Cedar Hill State Park
I think north Texas is in the midst of a considerable drought,

The Backyard in a Dry Spring
It is early spring, so there should be some rain falling, but I guess it all went to the east coast this year. We don't want our "Isabella Tree" to die, so Gary wheeled out some water. This elm was planted when she was born, and it is growing very well, just like she is.
