Just got an email from Andrew who is in south Ethiopia, near the Sudan border, asking how to do a global format on footnotes in a large Word document. I didn't know, so I phoned Gary who was sitting on the plane about to leave for Hawaii. Sent the answer back to Andrew so he can finish his multimillion dollar proposal.The world is getting smaller.
